Ne pouvons nous emp\u00eacher de penser au pr\u00e9sident Evo Morales, issu lui-m\u00eame de ces communaut\u00e9s indig\u00e8nes et porteur d\u2019une nouvelle fiert\u00e9 au nom de ces
